Fast, comfortable and looks to kill. On this week's episode of Chasing Dust, our Truck Editor, Matt Moghaddam, links up with John Wally and his dreamy 1969 Chevy Camaro Z/28 for a photoshoot in a secret location in Orange County, California. John brought this car to Justin at Shear Performance 5 years ago, with the intentions to make a few changes, which quickly spiraled into a full build from the ground up, replacing or reconditioning every part of the car except the windshield and rear window. This LS1 powered beast puts power through a Treme T56 6-speed manual transmission, and rolls on a set of Nitto NT555R rear tires, and NT555s up front. The perfect example of a perfectly done restomod, not overcooked, staying true to its legacy, while featuring the modern creature comforts and performance you can expect from a late model pony car. Watch the video above to get the full scoop on this beautiful '69 Z/28!
